TUF 9’s Nick Osipczak is expected to face TUF 7’s Matthew Riddle at UFC 105 in Manchester, England on November 14th.
“Slick” Nick Osipczak made it to the welterweight semi-finals on the ninth season of the Ultimate Fighter before being beaten by DeMarques Johnson. Osipczak built upon an impressive TUF stint with a win at the finale over Frank Lester. The impressive victory earned Slick Nick another shot inside the UFC.
Matthew Riddle did not win a fight on his stint on the Ultimate Fighter, but he impressed and showed tons of potential. Since his stint in the TUF house Riddle has gone 3-0 with wins over Dante Rivera, Steve Bruno, and Dan Cramer. Riddle is now training with fellow TUF teammate C.B. Dolloway, Ryan Bader, Aaron Simpson, Carlos Condit and Jamie Varner at Arizona Combat Sports.
This fight has fight of the ight writen all over it. This is an important fight for these two guys who look to move up in the welterweight rankings.
