Brazilian lightweight fighter Fabricio “Guerreiro” will drop down a weight class in order to compete as a featherweight on the Ultimate Fighter Brazil. Guerreiro is a highly touted prospect who was listed as the number one lightweight prospect on Bloody Elbow’s 2012 MMA Scouting report.
Fabricio has an impressive 14-1 record as a professional and he has avenged his lone loss. Ten of those fourteen career wins have come via submission. It will be interesting to see how the drop in weight class affects Fabricio. If you are trying to guess the winner, keep an eye on this guy.
MMA Sun has already confirmed Rony Jason, Francisco Drinaldo, Marcelo Guimares, and Sergio Moraes as participants of the show.
